School Day and Diary Dates 
Daily routine
KEY INFORMATION
School times: Total weekly hours: 32.5 hours
School day 8:55 am—3:00 pm
Morning registration 8.55am - 9.05am
Doors open at 8:55 am. Children enter school via the school yard and go into their year group entrance.
Children should not arrive at school before 8:40 am (unless they are going to breakfast club).
Children are still their parents responsibility until 8:55 am.
Children should be collected at 3:00 pm at the appropriate year group door.
Parents/carers are asked to wait behind the yellow semi circle until they are called to take their child home.
Reception Lunch: 11:45-12:45pm
Key Stage 1 lunch: 12:00-1:00pm
Breakfast Club:
Our breakfast club opens at 8:00 am every morning and costs £3.00 per session per child. We serve healthy cereals, toast, fruit juice etc.
ASC:
After school club is open between 3:00-6:00 pm. Children are taken to the ASC by school staff and marked off a register before they enter. They are signed out of ASC by the grown up who collects. Children must be collected by 6pm.

It is also an expectation by the Department for Education for all schools and academies to provide a school week with a minimum of thirty-two-and-a-half-hours.
From September 2024 we will offer flexible opening/closing to school so that we can accommodate the needs of families as well as reduce busy drop off times.
As four classes are dismissed from one door, there will continue to be a flexible start and end to the school day.
The start of the school day will now be:
Ø 8:50am (doors open 8:40am – 8:50am / doors will close at 8:55am)
The end of school day will now be:
Ø 3:05pm (doors open 3:05pm – 3:10pm)
Juniors end time 3:15pm – 3:20pm.

Nursery School Day
Morning: 8:45-11:45 (Doors open at 11:35)
Nursery Lunch: 11:30-12:15
Afternoon session: 12:15-3:15. (Doors open at 3:05)
